Good reasons to write
- A specification we published does not match the current listing or the manufacturer’s own documentation. Send the page address and the figure you are questioning.
- You hold rights in text or an image used on this site and want it removed. See the copyright page for what to include.
- You want a copy of the data we hold about you, or you want it deleted. The privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long.
- A category is thin, a bag is missing, or a page is broken. Coverage gaps are useful to hear about, particularly outside the big carry-on luggage section.
Things we genuinely cannot do
Bagsby sells nothing. No order has ever been placed here and no payment has ever been taken, so we cannot look up an order, change a delivery address, arrange a return, issue a refund, replace a broken wheel or handle a warranty claim. Purchases made after leaving this site are between you and Amazon or the manufacturer, and those are the parties who can act on them.
We also cannot tell you whether a particular bag will be accepted on a particular flight. Size and weight allowances are set by each airline and vary by aircraft, fare class and route, and they change without notice. The only reliable answer comes from the operating carrier’s current baggage page, measured against your bag with its wheels and handles included. Nothing on this site, including any maker’s claim we quote, substitutes for that check.
Finally, we do not offer product recommendations by message. What we know about a bag is already written on its page, drawn from manufacturer specifications and listing data, and we do not handle or test anything, so a private reply would add nothing the published write ups do not already say.
