1. Acceptance
By opening any page on this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site. We may revise these terms at any time, and the version published here is the one that applies from the moment it is posted.
2. What this site is
Bagsby publishes written breakdowns of luggage and travel bags, assembled from manufacturer specifications and retail listing data. Nobody here packs, carries, rolls, weighs, drops or measures anything, so nothing on this site is a test result or a measurement of ours. It is general information, not advice about your trip, your airline or your purchase.
Bagsby is not a shop. Nothing is sold here, no payment is taken, no order is fulfilled and no stock is held. Cart and checkout pages exist as part of the underlying platform, and they transact nothing. Any purchase you make happens on a third party retailer’s site under that retailer’s terms.
3. Travel, airlines and baggage: the limits you need to know
This clause exists because the real risk on a luggage site is not a typo in a product description. It is a reader who arrives at a gate believing a page here told them their bag would be accepted. Nothing on this site is a guarantee that any bag will be accepted as carry-on, as a personal item, or as checked baggage on any flight.
3.1 Airline allowances differ and change
Size and weight allowances are set by each airline and vary by carrier, aircraft type, fare class and route. Budget and regional carriers are commonly stricter than travelers assume, and many international carriers enforce a cabin bag weight limit as well as a size limit. Allowances change without notice. Checking the operating carrier’s current policy for your specific flight and fare is your responsibility and cannot be delegated to this site. Where a manufacturer claims a bag is airline approved, we report that as the manufacturer’s claim. We do not adopt or verify it.
3.2 Published dimensions frequently exclude wheels and handles
This is the most common reason a case sold as a carry-on gets stopped. Listings routinely publish a body measurement that leaves out spinner wheels, the retracted handle housing and external feet, while an airline sizer measures the whole object. A case advertised at a compliant height can measure well over it once wheels and handle are included. Where a listing gives more than one dimension set, our pages name both; where it gives one, our pages say whether the listing states that wheels are included. Measure the bag yourself, at its widest and tallest points, before you rely on any figure published here. Expandable and spinner cases in the carry-on luggage section are where this bites hardest.
3.3 Expandable sections
A bag with an expansion zipper is only within a carry-on limit while that expansion is unused. Opening it, even partially, adds depth and can take the case outside the allowance it was bought for. Treat expansion capacity as usable for checked travel and as unavailable for cabin travel unless the carrier’s own rules say otherwise. Cases such as the Samsonite Omni 2 hardside carry-on are sold partly on that expansion, and it is exactly what a sizer catches.
3.4 Lithium batteries, power banks and USB ports
Bags fitted with a power bank, a USB charging port or any built in lithium battery are subject to airline and regulator rules that this site does not set and cannot override. Those rules commonly require the battery to be removable and to be carried in the cabin rather than in the hold, and they impose limits on capacity. Bags with a non removable battery have been refused at check in and at the gate. Rideable and motorized cases carry further restrictions on top of the battery rules. If you are considering a bag with any powered feature, including a rideable case such as the Airwheel SE3S smart riding suitcase or a carry-on with an integrated USB port such as the TPRC underseat case, confirm the current rules with your airline before you travel and be prepared for the bag to be refused. We accept no responsibility for a refused, confiscated or delayed bag.
3.5 Locks are not security
Locks described as TSA accepted or TSA approved are openable by security staff with a universal key, and those keys are widely reproduced. Such a lock is a convenience that deters casual interference and keeps a zipper closed in transit. It is not a security device, and no page on this site should be read as saying it protects the contents of a bag. Never place cash, jewelry, electronics, medication, keys or travel documents in checked baggage, whatever lock is fitted.
3.6 Warranties are between you and the manufacturer
We provide no warranty on any product described here and are not a party to any warranty you receive. Any claim runs between you, the seller and the manufacturer. Read the actual warranty text before you buy, because a headline lifetime or limited lifetime warranty on luggage very often excludes damage caused by airline and baggage handling, which is the damage most likely to occur, and may treat wheels, handles and zippers as wear items. Where our pages describe a warranty, they report what the maker published, not that a claim will succeed.
3.7 Specifications can be wrong
Dimensions, weights, capacities, materials, wheel counts, colors and warranty terms here are reproduced from listings and manufacturer material that are often inconsistent and sometimes plainly wrong. Package dimensions get published as bag dimensions, capacity appears in two incompatible units, weights arrive an order of magnitude out, and a multi piece set gets described as though it were a single case. Our pages name those contradictions where we can see them, but we cannot correct data we cannot verify. Confirm any figure that matters to your purchase with the manufacturer or the current listing before you order.

5. Intellectual property and acceptable use
Editorial text on this site belongs to the operator of Bagsby.com. Product images, specifications, logos and brand names belong to their respective owners. Permitted and prohibited uses are set out on the copyright page. You may not scrape or bulk copy the catalog, frame the site so as to alter its presentation, interfere with its operation or security, or use it for anything unlawful.

Links lead to sites we neither operate nor control. We do not endorse their content, products, terms or privacy practices, and we are not responsible for anything that happens once you leave.
7. No warranty
The site and its content are provided as they are and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be available, uninterrupted or free of error, or that any information on it is current, complete or correct.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither the operator of this site nor anyone working on it is liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. That expressly includes a bag refused at the gate, a baggage fee charged, a flight missed, an item damaged, lost or confiscated, a warranty claim declined, or a purchase that did not suit its purpose. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use this site, which is nothing, or one hundred United States dollars. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
9. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time and without notice, and we are under no obligation to keep any page, figure or link available.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the site operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles, and the courts of that place have jurisdiction. A consumer resident elsewhere is not deprived of mandatory protections in their own country. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.
